I ordered a ring from TJC and the gemstone looks really nice. The colour is lovely and it has a good shine to it. If you look really close it’s not 100% perfect, but for me that’s fine and I’m still happy with it. Delivery was ok too, no big issues. I’d buy from them again...

I’ve ordered from TJC a few times now, and the stock situation is starting to get frustrating. Things show as available when I’m browsing, but then by the time I get to checkout, or even the next day, they’ve suddenly vanished. It kind of feels like the site is letting you get your hopes up for items that aren’t really there.
Customer service was polite enough when I checked, but that doesn’t really solve the problem. I just wish the website was kept more up to date, because spending time looking through products you apparently can’t actually buy feels a bit pointless

I really enjoy watching TJC on TV. The presenters explain everything clearly without rushing, which makes a big difference. I like being able to properly see the jewellery on screen, i tend to go by quick things like how it looks in the close-ups and how the presenter describes it. If it feels right, it’s easy to decide. The show has a nice friendly feel to it, so I end up watching quite often...

Bought a pair of earrings from tjc.co and it was really straightforward. The checkout was simple, didn’t have to click through loads of pages or get stuck on any confusing bits. Payment went through fine and I got the order confirmation quick too. Nice easy shop, no hassel at all. Would deffo use again.

I was a little unsure about buying jewellery online, but I’m really pleased I went for it. The silver chain arrived exactly as described, with the proper markings, and it looks and feels genuine. I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues at all. Really happy with my experience with TJC and I’d definitely buy from them again

I’ve been using tjc.co.uk quite a bit lately, mainly because there’s always so much to look through. It’s not just jewellery either, there are bags, home items, beauty products and plenty of other bits, so I usually end up browsing longer than I planned.

I like that there’s a mix of prices too. You can pick up something small and affordable as a gift, or spend a bit more on something nicer if you want to. The only thing I’d say is that I sometimes expect the instructions or product details to be a bit clearer, especially when it’s something for the home or beauty side.

Overall though, the range changes often and that keeps it interesting. I enjoy having a look even when I don’t need anything, and I’ve had a good experience so far, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

I did take a bit of time checking it all over, but there weren’t any real issues. Just a heads up though, delivery wasn’t the quickest, so don’t order if you need something in a hurry. Overall I’d give it 4 stars...

I’ve picked up a few things from TJC during their sales, for the prices I wasn’t expecting too much, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The discounts really do make a difference, and I usually end up finding something I like. Everything I’ve bought so far has been nice, so I’m happy enough and would probably keep checking back when there’s a sale.

Some of the items feel like a good deal, but the quality is kind of hit or miss for the price. Not sure how to explain it, but a few things felt nicer than expected while others were just okay. Delivery was fine overall, nothing amazing but no real issues either.

The box arrived neatly packed and completely safe, with no damage at all. It’s nice not having to deal with returns or replacements right out of the gate.

I had to keep chasing TJC for my refund, and it turned into a real hassle. They’d already received the return, but then nothing seemed to happen for ages unless I asked for an update. Customer service kept telling me to wait a few more days, which felt a bit like they were hoping I’d just stop following up. It’s not great when it’s your own money sitting there. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again after this.

There were plenty of payment options and checking out was straightforward. I just wish PayPal had shown up earlier in the process, because I almost missed it and would’ve preferred using that from the start.

I’ve been shopping with TJC for a while now, but the loyalty rewards don’t feel that great. The points seem to take ages to build up and when you finally use them, they don’t really save you much. It’s a bit disappointing, especially if you’re a regular customer. Has anyone else found the same thing?
